# How do I delete my account? > You can delete your account at any time, straight from the app. ## What happens Account settings has a Delete account option. It removes your meals, weights, progress photos, recipes, favorites and personal profile details. For security, the app may ask you to sign in again first. ## Good to know Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If something in the app made you want to leave, we would honestly love to hear it first.
