# How do the free trial and plans work?

> A MealSnap subscription unlocks all AI features: photo scans, meal descriptions, menu scans, AI corrections and AI recipe tools.

## The plans

There is a yearly and a monthly plan. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, so you can try everything before paying. Prices are shown in the app and billed through the App Store.

## Before the trial ends

MealSnap reminds you one day before a trial converts, so a forgotten trial never surprises you.
