# I am not getting reminders

> Meal reminders are optional notifications for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

## Check iOS settings

Open Settings, then Notifications, then MealSnap, and make sure notifications are allowed.

## Check the app

Reminder times are configurable in MealSnap. The defaults are 07:50 for breakfast, 11:50 for lunch and 18:30 for dinner.
