What we collect

Your account details (email), the meals you log (photos, descriptions, nutrition estimates), your goals and weight entries, and basic device information needed to run the app.

How we use it

To estimate calories and macros, fill your ring, keep your routine going and show your progress. Meal photos are processed to identify the food and then stored in your account so you can look back at what you ate.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't share your meals or weight with anyone. Your health data is yours.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with our cloud providers and protected in transit and at rest. Meal photos are analyzed by AI services under strict data processing agreements and are not used to train their models.

Your rights

Correct anything you have logged, or delete your account entirely from account settings. Deletion removes your meals, weights, photos and recipes. Under the GDPR you can also ask us for a copy of your data at any time.
