How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time, straight from the app.

What happens

Account settings has a Delete account option. It removes your meals, weights, progress photos, recipes, favorites and personal profile details. For security, the app may ask you to sign in again first.

Good to know

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If something in the app made you want to leave, we would honestly love to hear it first.
