I am not getting reminders

Meal reminders are optional notifications for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Check iOS settings

Open Settings, then Notifications, then MealSnap, and make sure notifications are allowed.

Reminder times are configurable in MealSnap. The defaults are 07:50 for breakfast, 11:50 for lunch and 18:30 for dinner.
